UWAPU Community Survey

This survey is being conducted on behalf of the United Way of Ajax-Pickering-Uxbridge, in order to determine opinions about social issues in our community. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time and can be submitted online when you are done. Your answers will be kept confidential and there is no way for anyone to identify you. We think you will find the survey interesting, and hopefully, the results will be used to improve the quality of life in our community. You must be over the age of 18 in order to complete the survey. If you are not over 18, please pass this on to anyone in the household over the age of 18. It is important that your answers are accurate.
